أبواب: أوّل صحيفة عربيّة في ألمانيا، سياسية، ثقافية، مجتمعية، خدميّة، شهرية، مستقلة، توزع مجانًا، موجهة للناطقين باللغة العربية في ألمانيا، وتحديدًا القادمين الجدد من السوريين والعراقيين.

في كل شهر، ستطبع "أبواب" وتوزع في مخيّمات اللجوء ومراكز الإيواء ومناطق تجمع العرب في ألمانيا.

في كل عدد، ستجدون صفحات إخبارية دولية ومحلية، صفحات عن المجتمعات العربية في ألمانيا ونشاطات العرب الاجتماعية والثقافية والمهنية، دليل ألماني بما تصدره الدولة من معلومات، ومعلومات عن التعليم في ألمانيا، ومقالات من عرب وألمان عن الحياة في ألمانيا أيضًا.

ستجدون أيضًا صفحتين للمرأة والنسوية، وصفحتين عن قصص الأمل والنجاح والبطولة والنجاة، وصفحة ثقافية فنية، وصفحة خدمية.

تسعى أبواب إلى فتح الأبواب للقادمين الجدد، وتحاول إيصال المعلومة والخبر والفائدة إليهم، كما تفتح أبوابها للجميع للمشاركة فيها.
تصدر أبواب بنسخة مطبوعة حاليًا وسيكون الموقع الإلكتروني جاهزًا قريبًا جدًا.

Abwab is the first Arabic Newspaper in Germany. A political, cultural, social, independent monthly newspaper. That addresses the needs and concerns of Syrian, Iraqi and Arabic-speaking refugees in Germany.
The newspaper gives refugees the opportunity to be up-to-date on all key issues regarding the countries they fled and their country of refuge, and to gain insight into the life of their communities seeking refuge in Germany.
Refugee reporters from all over Germany deliver community-based news and stories to fellow refugees in temporary shelters. The newspaper means to help those fleeing from violence and recovering from trampled dignity to ensconce themselves in their new country of refuge, build human connections and learn to how to set up a new life in Germany.
In each issue, refugees will be able to find key information about living in Germany, easy-to-read guides on German legislation that regards or affects refugees and articles about the life in Germany by German in Arabic , and reports and interviews from the local communities.
The second part of the paper will feature news from home with an outlook on reconciliation and peace-building: stories of men, women, children from all sides of the conflict, who endured unspeakable suffering and yet survived and are willing to share their lesson of courage and resilience. Stories of friends and family in Iraq and Syria who defy prejudice, mistrust, hate, violence and revenge and dare to understand, trust, forgive, nurture compassion and empathy, and together build bridges, peace and a vision of a shared future.
