Der Fahrer ist auch wenn man in einem anderen Auto sitzt eine Katastrophe. Dichtes Auffahren, Lichthupe, drängeln sowie Spurwechsel ohne Blinker scheinen an der Tagesordnung zu sein. Vielleicht sollte man so nicht fahren wenn der Firmenname fett auf dem Auto steht ......

We have used the ALEX shuttle four times now. The key to a successful trip with them is communicating with them regarding any changes in your travel. Check regularly with them after making your reservation. If you do not have base access, let them know in advance. Otherwise they will drop off base customers on the way out further and you'll have to get out and wait at the gate until they are done dropping off base residents. We have been in the van when it is packed full and we've also been in the van when we were the only passengers. Again, the key is regular communication with ALEX regarding your trip and any changes that may come about either on you end or theirs. Being polite goes a long way as well.

Had a scheduled pickup at FRA heading to Ramstein. Onky had to wait for 5 minutes after calling for a Pickup. However, i then had to wait an additional 2.5 hours for the company to basically fill their van. Even after departing the airport we turned around and went back to pick up o e more person. Not the fist awful experience with alex shutttle... Never again.

If I could rate lower I would. Left me and another lady in the airport for almost 2 hours. The driver just disappeared. Worst part was that the driver had her bags. This is not the first bad thing I've heard either.

We actually asked the information desk at the Frankfurt airport what the best way to get to ramstein was and he recommended Alex. He then called some lady, put us on a list and fifteen minutes later we were on the road. The driver was really strange at first (awkward and uncomfortable) but once We were in the van he was polite and informational. We got where we needed to go in a decent amount of time. It was only €79 for two people one way. This is much less than a cab ride would've been. Also much faster than a bus especially considering we'd had to have walked 30 minutes with luggage in the rain.
