"The aim of the Association Of Yoruba Descendants, a non-profit German Yoruba Cultural organisation, is to advocate profoundly for an Intercultural relation between the German and Yoruba community. The fundamental objective is to emphasis on the importance of building a good and true leadership through cross-cultural exchange of and traditional mores and habits between the German and Yoruba people. Our expanded primary goal is to define civil engagement as a process of active participation in a society. A striving aim and essential component of our engagement is to define a comprehensive concept for good governance within the Yoruba people in Germany and in Yoruba land. In that respect, designing our task for contemporary time and future as a co-cross –cultural works between a people. We want to aim in promoting and improving mutual respect and understanding within the German and the Yoruba people and thereby engaging deeply in projects that is substantial to making live comfortable for our two peoples".
