The experience my nephew has in this school is very difficult, the staff did little to understand his needs. My Nephew has difficulty in speech and his development is very slow as well as his growth. Due to his slow speech my Nephew struggles to express his emotions and becomes frustrated when he is neglected. Somehow the staff fail to understand his emotions, actions and well being. The school resorts at calling the mother every time they think they cannot handle him which almost every other day.My surprise is the school is qualified to work with children with special needs, however they fail to understand the needs of one child.i wonder if there is an ofsted like we have in the UK.  As in the UK we have CHILD PROTECTION and EVERY CHILD MATTERS policy.Can someone please enlighten me of the procedures to follow in Germany?
