ZSK Stickmaschinen manufactures single-head and multi-head embroidery machines with up to 56 embroidery heads for any embroidery business worldwide.

Geschichte
ZSK Stickmaschinen is the original manufacturer of the well-known ZSK embroidery machines „Made in Germany“.
We manufacture and sell single-head and multi-head embroidery machines with up to 56 embroidery heads.

The single-head embroidery machines of the SPRINT-series offers a new developed small tubular arm to embroider even at zones difficult to access like small pockets.
The JAFA/JNFA multi-head embroidery machines are available with 1,2,4,6 or 8 heads. The JAFA embroidery machines offer an embroidery field depth of 500 mm and the JNFA -series an embroidery field depth of 700 mm. All machines work in tubular-, flat-, cap or border frame mode, all functionalities are available.

The new designed shoe frame with the large embroidery field of 175 mm x 124 mm (6.9" x 4.9") or the Quick Change System, which allows to change between different operation modes within seconds are just two examples for the useful and productive equipment ZSK offers for the SPRINT and JAFA/JNFA series.

ZSK flat system embroidery machines are build with up to 56 embroidery heads. Depending on the machine type the embroidery field width vary from 162,42 mm up to 1.300 mm and the embroidery field depth vary from 500 mm up to 1.500 mm.

Sequin Devices - for Sequins from 3 mm up to 19 mm
Cording Devices - with optional ribbon device
Boring Device 
Automatic Bobbin Changer - can take seven full bobbins and always keeps one free spot for taking the empty bobbin out, the change only takes 15 seconds - regardless of the number of heads.
