Schloss Eichtersheim, formerly also Schloß Eichtersheim is a manor house situated in Eichtersheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.OriginsThe manor was first built in the sixteenth century when it served as a private home. It is entirely surrounded by a moat. A sandstone bridge leads to the main entrance. The manor is surrounded by simplistic gardens that are almost wood-like.Schloss Rheydt TodayThe manor was purchased by the town of Angelbachtal from the last private owner of the manor in the 1980s. Since then the manor has undergone both interior and exterior restoration. Jahrhundert ist rings von einem Schlossteich umgeben, über den eine wunderschöne Sandsteinbrücke führt. Das Wasserschloss liegt inmitten eines historischen Schlossparks mit uraltem Baumbestand und botanischen Raritäten. Seit 1980 ist im Schloss das Rathaus der Gemeinde eingerichtet. Ferner wurde auch ein Restaurant untergebracht.Jedes Jahr am Pfingstsonntag findet im Schlosspark die traditionelle Schlossparkbeleuchtung statt, bei der über 40.000 bunte Kerzen den Schlosspark in eine bunte Märchenlandschaft verzaubern."
