SALTO T&C RC supports the European Commission and the National Agencies in developing and implementing the European Training Strategy (ETS) and the Youthpass strategy, to improve the quality of training strategies and activities in the youth field.

Geschichte
The page SALTO Training and Cooperation Resource Centre is meant as a channel to share information about and exchange on topics connected to quality of youth work, capacity-building of trainers and youth workers, and recognition of of youth work and non-formal learning, among others. Therefore, feel free to announce your training-related news here!

The ETS aims at contributing to the development of quality of support systems for youth activities and the capabilities of civil society organisations in the youth field (for more information: http://www.salto-youth.net/rc/training-and-cooperation/trainingstrategy/).

Youthpass aims at enhancing reflection on learning and competence development in youth work, receive greater recognition of youth work throughout Europe, support the employability of young people and youth workers, and promote active participation of young people (for more information: http://www.youthpass.eu).
