Hi, I’m Ashley, a military spouse, mother of two, Complete Nutrition and Lidia Conti sponsored athlete and a fitness “addict”. I deeply believe that your body can achieve anything you put your mind to. As your personal trainer I promise to motivate, inspire and lead you on the path to a stronger, healthier and happier you! Helping others achieve their fitness goals is a passion of mine. After having my second child I decided to turn my life around and focus on my health and well being. I want to be in their lives for as long as possible and it all starts with your health. I will construct a program to fit YOUR personal goals and go out of my way to ensure you achieve them, whether that’s weight loss, muscle toning, or to better your nutritional habits.  I’m all about balancing the spontaneity of life with fitness and nutrition without having it completely consume you.
