Geschichte
The Medical Faculty of Ulm University developed, in cooperation with the International Center for Advanced Studies in Health Sciences and Services (ICAS) and the Comprehensive Cancer Center Ulm (CCCU), the study program Master Online Advanced Oncology in May 2009.

Curriculum:
- Interdisciplinary Oncology
- Clinical Research
- Advanced Therapies and Integrated Concepts
- Management

Specific characteristic:
1.	The 2-year part-time master study program is geared towards graduates in human medicine, practicing oncologists and scientists in the field of oncology. Successful completion of the program qualifies for leading positions in academic organizations, oncological centers or in the pharmaceutical industry.
2.	The modulated time schedule is supporting self-paced time and learning management through a timely and locally flexible learning.
3.	Traditional e-learning concepts combined with online learning events and face-to-face seminars in order to emphasize problem-based and collaborative learning.
4.	Online and attendance seminars in small groups in a close discourse with the experts is our understanding of modern, learner-oriented postgraduate education.
