Geschichte
Continuous airport growth, highly daily air-traffic volumes and increasing aircraft type variation set challenges for logistic operations at today’s airports. Goldhofer and Schopf have joint forces in the business area Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to continue to grow and expand their leading market position. Our vehicles not only reflect the lifelong performance of the equipment but also its high quality, reliability, innovative design and timelessness.
Goldhofer’s towbarless aircraft tractors are the safe and economical solution for modern airports. The tractors in the AST-1, AST-2 and AST-3 series are the key to flexible working for high speed towing, gate-to-gate and maintenance towing for aircraft up to 600t MTOW. The Schopf product range for civil aviation and military deployments includes a complete range of aircraft tow tractors between 5t and 70t operating weight, for handling aircraft in every weight range.
