The goals of the Deep Quest Institute are to promote freediving activities through education in a safe manner. Freediving has been an activity reserved for the very few that knew about it. Often perceived as scary sport. But nothing could be farther away from reality. Freediving can be safely enjoyed by basically anyone, kids of about 8 years old, and up to 70 or older.

In some Latin American countries like, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela, as well as some European countries like, France, Greece, Portugal, Spain and Italy, freediving has been quite popular for years. In countries like the US, freediving hasn't reached its full potential yet. Through a dynamic and aggressive promotional campaign and education, the Deep Quest Institute will increase the number of people practicing and enjoying freediving.

The Deep Quest Institute invites anyone to join the trend towards a really exciting sport. A sport that exceeds the excitement created by scuba diving years ago. A new approach to the underwater world, discover your hidden capabilities and potential. Discover your inner-self in a way you have never dreamed it would be possible. Los objetivos del Deep Quest Institute son promover actividades de la Apnea a través de la educación de una manera segura. La Apnea ha sido una actividad reservada para los muy pocos que lo sabían practicar. A menudo percibido como un deporte peligroso. Pero nada podría estar más lejos de la realidad. La Apnea puede ser con seguridad disfrutado básicamente por cualquier persona, niños de unos 8 años, y hasta hombres de 70 años o más.
