1.	Zweck des Vereins ist die Förderung der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit.

2.	Der Satzungszweck wird verwirklicht insbesondere durch: Planung und Bau von Infrastrukturobjekten in Entwicklungsländern, wie z.B.: a)	Ländliche Entwicklung
b)	Wasser- und Sanitärversorgungssystemen 
c)	Strom und Kälte/Wärmeerzeugung (Biogas, Solartechnik, Windkraft, Generatoren, etc.)
d)	Alternative umweltfreundliche Kochsysteme
e)	Unterkünften
f)	Schulen
g)	Krankenhäuser
h)	Kirchen
i)	Wege
j)	Brücken, etc.
k)	Schulung und Ausbildung der Betroffenen (Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe.)
l)	Die Entwicklung und Erforschung für die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit relevanter Techniken, Anlagen und Bauwerke.
m)	Bildungsmaßnahmen und –kampagnen.
