Welcome to Germany

We especially welcome Guests from Abroad who seek low priced, clean accomodation whist on contract work in Germany.
We are based between Cologne and Bonn ca 10 minutes from Cologne / Bonn Airport.

Ideally situated for those visiting the Cologne Messe / Trade Shows.
Direct train link to the Cologne Messe / Trade Shows.

You are welcome for a short or long stay.
Accomodation is in a New Purpose Built Building.

On the Ground Floor is a Cocktail Bar and Dance School.
Guests are welcome to enjoy a drink at the Bar or relax in the Wintergarden.
The Accomodation has a kitchen for guests which you may use at any time.

Rooms are with 2 – 3 and 4 Beds.
We have our own large Garage which is available at no charge to our guests.
Whether you are coming to Germany on Business or pleasure we very much look forward to welcoming you. Naturally we speak English. (or at least try to)!

*Wirklich eine top Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind mehr als ausreichend und vor Allem sauber. Die Matratzen sind weich und Steckdosen gibt es mehr als genug. Die sanitäre Einrichtung ist auch super. Gern wieder! *

*Ian was really fast to respond to my request. He is a great host. If you need a cheap accommodation you can trust him.*

*Sehr gute Unterkunft!! Große, helle und saubere Zimmer!! Mehrere sehr gute Duschen / immer warmes Wasser! Bahnstation liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt, von welcher ca. alle 15 Minuten ein Zug nach Köln fährt. Sehr nettes Personal und andere Gäste. Immer wieder gerne!*

*Ian was a wondergul host! He was always there when needed, very kind and helpful. His place is only a 10min walk from Troisdorf center - a small but picturesque place and 30min away from Cologne center by train. The room was clean and photos are representative. Thank you Ian! ”*

*Ian is a great host and his rooms are well organized and very clean. He gave me a free upgrade from a single room to a large double room with balcony and outside terrace.. (thank you again :) ) They also have very nice and large bar in same building. I enjoyed during my trip in his place..*

*I was welcome by Ian as agreed by mail late in the evening. location is good and not so far from CGN when you have a car. You can park it in the garage. Kind regards.*

*This is a great place to stay! Everything is clean and the people are very friendly. Beds are comfortable, heaters in the room, showers & bathroom across the hallway and shared kitchen. Recommended for cheap, clean and easy stay close to the airport! Ian and everyone at the dance centre are wonderful people willing to go out of there way to make sure your stay is welcome.
