Brought in three suit jackets. The place looked a little seedy and disheveled, & they wanted 8€/jacket and needed 5 days to clean the jackets. Seemed a little expensive/slow, but I was in a hurry so I paid and left them there. 5 days later I show up to pick up the jackets and I notice two things- all three have faded appreciably, and none of them are actually clean. One of the jackets has the same dark sweat residue on the white tag inside, and one of the other jackets they straight up admit they can't get the little flecks out of. They offer to try to clean the latter for a fourth time (at my own risk if they damage it doing so, they add) or I can talk to the boss about a refund. Surprise, surprise, the boss isn't in today, though.

I won't be returning for my refund, or for anything else ever again for that matter.

Update: July 12, 2017;

Several months ago I bought a Tide to go, you know- the little orange instant stain remover pen that you can buy for a couple bucks. Well, it took out the stains (that Haus der Textilpflege said they couldn't get out after "trying" 3 times) in about 30 seconds and cost me all of $3. I'm not sure what "dry cleaning" chemicals Haus der Textilpflege is using, but maybe someone should tell them about Tide to go pens.
