This place is a complete ripoff! I've rented cars from Hertz in the US for the past 25+ years with zero issues.  First rental here and it has been a nightmare. The fuel was on full and they said it wasn't full so I had to run to a gas station and put a gallon of fuel in. Then they charged us $1500 for scratches that we had no idea how they even got there and could easily be buffed out. You damn sure better get their insurance if you rent from this location. Personally, we will NEVER rent from Hertz again during the 5 years we will be in Europe! They cost themselves a LOT of our money over scratches we had nothing to do with. The one scratch looks bad, but it is from the reflection of the grill of the car parked next to it. They are both VERY minimal!

Great rental car agency located in the heart of Kaiserslautern. I was treated like 
a VIP and greeted each time I rented from them - twice in 2014. Great service,
friendly personnel, wonderful experience, priceless memories !!

I love Germany and it's people. The rental car allowed me to tour this great
country for two-weeks. An incredible experience and journey unlike any I've 
taken. Hertz is simply the best. 

It is a pleasure to do business with this company. I'm looking forward to do
it all again with repeat business in the Fall of 2016.

Friendly service and great prices for long term rentals. This place is a great option for anyone moving to the area that needs a car for a few months while waiting for theirs to get shipped in.
