I aM yoU Music is an artist management & consulting team and a Record label created by Andrew Campbell & Ran Nir.

Introduction :

Andrew Campbell, born in 1969 in Berlin, Germany is a music publishing manager, consultant & artists manager.
From 1986 to 1992, Andrew worked as a freelance journalist, photographer, TV producer and foreign correspondent (Junge Presse Berlin, Berliner Morgenpost, BZ, Prinz Berlin, FAB etc.) in both east and West Berlin, covering cultural events like the famous “Berlin Jazz Festival”, “Berliner Filmfestspiele” or “Theatertreffen der Jugend” and many others in both sides of the city.
After the fall of the wall in 1990, Andrew was hired by Sony Music Germany and was put in charge of radio promotion and artist development (working artists such as Michael Jackson, Pearl Jam, Aerosmith and many more).
In 1992 Andrew decided to go on his independent way and start his own company.
Together with his partner Jan Jaedike, the two founded Gordeon Music Promotion and later the label G-Records. In 2007 Andrew founded the publishing company Edition JA and recently the management and publishing company Steam Music Management & Publishing.
As well as all of this, Andrew also worked as a radio promoter for companies such as SPV, V2 Records, Koch International and others.
As part of his work Andrew travels around the globe and meets with many music business officials and is well known and appreciated in the field.

Ran Nir, born in 1984 in Jerusalem, Israel, is a musician & producer mostly known for his work as a bass player with Asaf Avidan & The Mojos and his own band LFNT.
Ran has been making music since he was a kid and has always had a big passion for creating music
and understanding the music business.
In the last 9 years Ran was traveling the world touring with either Asaf Avidan & the Mojos or LFNT playing and creating music.
Along his way Ran got to know and meet many different people from the music business,
from labels, A&R, project managers, promotors, booking agents publishers to tour managers and roadies.
And of course, bands and musicians. A lot of bands & musicians.
As an independent artist & musician Ran took it upon himself to get as close and familiar with the music business as possible, gathering skills and information that will help him navigate in today's ever-changing music world.

The Collaboration :

In early 2015 we started working together, promoting Ran's band LFNT and making very good progress in a very short time.
While sharing ideas we both realized how we have similar thoughts about the music business, the changes it is going through and how we would like to affect and shape it,
as well as our shared passion for music and the idea of fairness.
And so we decided to join forces, work together and create I M U
an artist management created by a musician & his manager to help other musicians.

Our Vision & Goal

We see ourselves as a managing & consulting team created for artists.
In todays rapidly changing music business landscape we want to fill the void that was created by major labels and the technological changes in music consumption.
Our job is to build up, maintain and expand our artists' careers and reach
by finding or creating the best possible deal for them at any time.
I M U will create a specific plan for each artist based on her, his or their musical genre & style,
existing and potential fan base, the present & foreseeable future market possibilities
and of course the future plans and wishes of each artist.
Some musicians have big plans and dreams, others hold smaller aspirations,
but whatever your plans and aspirations may be
we are here to help you make it a reality.
