Geschichte

Realizing the dream that we have had for a long time now ‐ spending a week in the
Swiss mountains, my wife and me, the two of us without the kids.We plan on hiking along the Aletsch Glacier in order to be exposed to the enormous river of ice. My wife and I are eager to experience pure nature, sleep in a tent, carry our food with us, cook in the evenings and just leave civilisation behind.Physically, my wife is not able to carry all of the equipment. This consists of a sleeping mat, a 3‐
season sleeping bag, some food, water, and clothing. So she decides: “Darling, how about you carry it all?” Of course this idea seems crazy at first, but it also
gives me the strong will to find a solution in order to realize our journey.I would rather have my mind work a little bit more now than torturing my back by carrying the 61 pound equipment later on. The idea of the MONOWALKER hiking trailer was born.
