Very greedy and cold people, specially Mr Mario. Be very careful in every single step. Don't lend any money to them in advance because if you do it, and then for ANY REASON (really any reason) you cannot continue to buy the car, they will take all or most of your money.
I wanted to buy a car and was really excited, I travelled 700kms and lost 2 working days. When there, after test driving the car, I transferred 500€ as a sign, to hold the car, while waiting for the credit approval. Credit was refused (12 days later) and I couldn't buy that car or any car, so I explained the situation and I asked Mr. Mario for around 400€ back (I was giving him 100€ for those 12 days...) because I couldn't continue the purchase. He refused and said "Absolutely not!" and was very happy to take most of my hard-worked euros that he did nothing to earn. 
As soon as they smell your money, they will reveal themselves and take your money without working for it.
Also he tried to sell me winter tires, in winter!!! And sell you car with tires completely bald. Also he was painting scratches with a brush. Really bad work that after some time you'll see all the scratches coming back. But then it's too late. 
So in my opinion these are really really greedy people and I DO NOT recommend them at all.
