Nice ski equipment and accessories to rent from, BUT this is not the most customer-oriented place to do it (I know, it's just down the hill, from where you can immediately go and ski) and not the most friendly people around... Except, for some young chaps who will help you gladly and fix your shoes etc. But the boss/manager is not the most customer-oriented person out there... Here is our little experience. We decided to come here and ski for the first time (myself, not my wife). While my wife was searching for the ski shoes, the PC SERVER which was taking care of all the billing (when you pay with the credit/debit card) broke down. We waited for 1 hour for an IT guy to get there and see if he can fix the server. We waited a half an hour more, so the guy can see what has happened. Well, the PC motherboard broke down, no way to fix it... All along, the manager didn't want us to pay CASH, like back in the days where they had no cards, note the amount that has been paid, ON PAPER, and let the customer go outside and have fun. We and other frustrated customers also asked if it is possible to just pay and leave - they usually don't prefer the paper method, because they want a GUARANTEE amount (hold) from your credit card, of course. No, he wanted to do it electronically. Okay... IN THE END, when the IT guy told him that there is no way to pay electronically, THEN he accepted the CASH. Just WASTED almost 2 hours, for what? I don't want to write it here, the names I given this person... We asked for a compensation for our waiting time (they call it RABATT here, so like a price reduction), the answer... guess? The answer was "NO". Actually, a customer-oriented manager should have offered this in the first place. No, he taxed me, until the last cent. Then, we will also say "NO" to Klante, for the rest of our lives. There is plenty to visit around and to book ski equipment from - and, sometimes, also CHEAPER! Other than that, the place to ski was nice and everyone else was friendly and nice with us. December is a nice time to visit. Many tourists, but not that many. You can enjoy a nice hot wine (Gluehwein), very professional organized ski lanes/slopes, everything nice. Have fun and don't let anyone WASTE your vacation time! All the best! Leo and Flo P.S. If anyone cares to read this, please don't write us any excuses. Those almost 2 hours given back to us would be a good place to start. Or something PRACTICAL, would make it up for this, not just a written excuse. So, please don't bother replying to this. All the best! I just hope that someone will be more customer-oriented next time something like this happens, and after this review those future customers would enjoy more time with their families, and not with payment issues...

We came in the store at 16h50 and even though the store was empty the staff refused to help us, because they were closing at 17h. We went to another store the day after and I specifically looked at the time it took from stepping into the store to exiting with our equipment and it was 7 minutes.

Am Samstag 12.02 gemietet mit 3 Personen. Schuhe, Skis waren nicht mehr in allen Größen verfügbar..Ich habe Kategorie 3 skis gefragt (und bezahlt!!!), bekam aber zu Kurze durchschnitt Skis für Damen *bin Mann und sehr erfahrene Skifahrer)...auf meine freundliche Frage ob es etwas besseres gab wurde mir gesagt das Ich auch irgendwo anders hingehen könnte. Stöcke und Helme waren nicht mehr verfügbar. Nach 1 Stunde Schlange hatten wir kein Lust mehr neu anzufangen haben also akzeptiert. Kein 'schönen Tag' kein 'Danke'...der Kunde ist hier der Feind. Nie mehr.
