In the heart of one of the most beautiful mountain regions of Germany, the Bavarian Forest, the 'Suit & Frühstück Zum Latschen' is located.

Geschichte

It is not a ‘Gasthof’, no Pension and no regular Bed & Breakfast’ (German: Zimmer/Frühstück) ... Hence we called it a 'Suit & Frühstück' (Suit’ & Breakfast).
The name says it all: we offer suites. That means more space, more comfort and a living area where you feel at home, even on a rainy day. And we offer you a delicious breakfast (buffet style) with every day something special.

On the outside it is a building that blends into the mountainous area, on the inside it is completely rebuilt and renovated in 2013. Many of the 'classic' (German) dark brown coloring is gone and has been replaced by a modern, trendy decorated interior with extras that you only expect in much more expensive accommodations. Because by making clear choices in ‘what to offer and what not’ we can offer you very attractive prices, only slightly higher than small and cramped ‘bedrooms only’

Small and personal

We have moved the original 10 bedrooms of the ‘old’ Zum Latschen to 1 Junior Suite, 4 Suites and a luxury (double) room. With a capacity of up to 14 beds (including the two extra beds that are present in two of the 5 suites) that means for you: tranquility, privacy and personal attention.
