United Brands is a family owned and managed
PRIVATE LABEL COSMETIC PEN MANUFACTURER. Our products are liquid liners 100% Made in Germany. All manufacturing procedures (color mixing, printing,
filling, labeling) are executed in our own production facilities under a single roof, near Cologne in Germany. Choose between over 125 standard ink colors. Our 100% water based formulas are free of nano & alcohol & paraben and conform to EU&FDA cosmetics standards.
