Training with the Ramstein Ski Patrol can be a great way to get to know your local community. We have patrol events and training courses all year long.

Geschichte

The Ramstein Ski Patrol is part of the European Division of the National Ski Patrol. The ski patrol is a volunteer non-profit organization that trains its members to their medical standard of Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC). Being part of the Ramstein Patrol you have the opportunity to learn and be trained in OEC, rescue/aiding injured skies/snowboarders, avalanche rescue, alpine travel, and much much more. Due to the location of the European division we do not actually have a "home mountain" so we do not have hands on with patients and do not have a "first aid room". However, because we do not have to work with customers/mountain safety we have a high level of training and many opportunities to learn as much as we can. We welcome all skiers and snowboarders who are interested!
