Er ist unglaublich unhöflich.  Ich ging hin, um einen Termin für einen Ölwechsel und eine Reifenrotation zu vereinbaren, an einem Mittwoch, weil die Telefonleitung natürlich den ganzen Morgen besetzt war. Wurde von Johnny und einem anderen Mitarbeiter angewiesen, am Samstag um 9:30 Uhr zurückzukommen. Mein Mann ging, weil ich nicht noch einmal mit Johnny zu tun haben wollte. Zu sagen, dass der Samstag nur für Selbstbedienung ist. Ich werde sagen, dass sie mein Auto zum Ölwechsel gebracht haben und meinem Mann gesagt haben, er solle noch einmal einen Termin für den Reifenwechsel vereinbaren. Das habe ich zuerst versucht!!! Was ist diese Logik? Ich bin so frustriert über den Mangel an Informationen und die Hilfsbereitschaft dieses Ortes.  Original While I’m sure the remainder of the staff is fine, they got us in and out no problem. Johnny at the front desk is a nightmare to deal with. He is incredibly rude.  I went in to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, on a Wednesday, because of course the phone line was busy all morning. Was told by Johnny and another staff member to come back on Saturday at 9:30. My husband went because I didn’t want to deal with Johnny again. To be told that Saturday is for self service only. I will say they did get my car in for an oil change and told my husband to make an appointment again for the tire rotation. Which is what I tried to do in the first place!!! What is this logic? I’m so frustrated by the lack of information and helpfulness of this place.

I needed to have my brakes replaced, but all of the mechanics were scheduled for over a week. Johnny suggested that I replace my own brakes. I informed Johnny that I have never worked on my own brakes before and didn't think I could do it. Johnny looked me in the eye and said, "You can do this, just come in on Saturday morning and we'll help you.  I showed up at 10:00 on Saturday and Johnny greeted me at the counter. He said "You ready to do this?", I sheepishly answered "I think so". He said Cooper would be helping me every step of the way, while reinforcing that I would have no problems working on my car. Johnnie showed me where my toolbox was and told me which bay to pull into.  I got into my car and pulled into the bay, where a mechanic named Cooper helped guide me in. Once the car was in the bay, Cooper gave me a safety brief and a short test to ensure I knew the safety guidelines. Cooper then showed me everything I needed to learn to change my brakes. He instructed by example, doing it first while I observed, then had me do the other side under his watchful eye. He always kept his sharp eye on me to ensure my work was done right.  After all of my brakes were replaced, he did a final check to make sure everything was okay before I pulled out for my test drive. The brakes worked perfectly and I returned with a smile on my face knowing that I learned a new skill.  Thank you Johnnie for having confidence in me, and thank you Cooper for your skillful advice and mentorship. You have a new regular customer!
