Das irische Fremdenverkehrsamt (Irland Information Tourism Ireland) begrüßt Euch bei Facebook. Hier halten wir Euch immer auf dem Laufenden.
@Irish trade:
• Please contribute in a relevant way.
If there’s a conversation about Irish coffees, it’s OK to say: “Try our Irish coffee at Gaynor’s in Leenane.”
But if the conversation is about Irish coffee, it’s not OK to jump in and promote your (non-related) business.
• Use the discussion forum to start relevant conversations. For example, if you have an event coming up that will interest fans, feel free to post it. Telling us about the Virginia Pumpkin Festival is a positive contribution and we appreciate that. Here’s a good way to draw attention to it:
“Why not come and join us in Virgina for the pumpkin festival in October? www.virginia.ie - pumpkin antics and Hallowe'en revelry.”
•No politics please!
Our purpose is to promote travel and tourism to the island of Ireland and that’s what the fans want to talk about. If you want to talk about politics, there are lots of politics fan pages and groups elsewhere on Facebook.
