Great all-round experience. The walk from the station is so quiet and beautiful - visit between May and November for the best woodland vibes. 

The architecture of the museum itself is very innovative - the entire building takes you along a gentle upward slope, so there are no stairs throughout the entire permanent exhibition. The only stairs are at the very end, but there is a lift. Good for low-mobility visitors.

The displays are meant to be interactive to greater or lesser degrees.  Great place to bring children, but if you are looking to play with the displays yourself, I recommend visiting during the week between 16:00 and 18:00 if  possible - then you don't have to compete with the children 😂😂😂

Informative and fully bilingual. Entry is a steal at 9 € for the permanent exhibition, 7€ for the special exhibition, 11€ for both and a long list of potential discounts. Restrooms and storage closets in the basement. Enjoy a hike in the surrounding areas or a meal at the nearby country restaurant - the local cuisine is hearty in winter and refreshing in summer!

The place is nice. The area around the museum is very good for a small hike. Summers are better to visit. Would be a good idea to carry your own food and water. Has some animals to keep the kids interested. Nice weekend getaway

Really amazing museum! Really engaging material throughout the whole experience. The interactive parts of the museum are the best. You will regret not getting the goody bag of wooden bits if you forget at the start. The only points were lost due to the staff being quite hostile on arrival but when you are dealing with tourists all day I guess you can get a bit cranky.

Very very nice experience.. exhibits are very well maintained , explained.. clear  boards near every exhibit. They explain to children very well.

Nice museum about the evolution. The arquitectura is quite nice and makes easy to follow the museum. The price is average 11€ including the audio guide only available in English and Herman. Cool gift shop with really good prices
