Founded in 1960 as a one man operation in Dortmund, Rösler Tyre Innovators GmbH now belongs to the Top 3 OTR-tyre retreading companies worldwide. Paul Rösler, the company founder, has since offered only the highest quality services for construction tyres at fair prices. His sons, Paul and Martin, followed in his footsteps with an impressive service portfolio. Be it hot process (moldcure) or cold process (precure), tyre filling or specific full-service concepts.



Today Rösler employs over 200 people worldwide and has an annual turnover of €50 million in retreading alone. Boasting a global professional network, Rösler group belongs to the worldwide leading company of services for OTR tyres. You can find Rösler group retreading plants on nearly every continent and because of this, quick and flexible services are always available. Thanks to modern technology and first class products around 12,000 tyres get a second chance. With hot process (mold cure), cold process (precure) as well as Smooth and Groove we have the complete process of retreading covered.

With constant innovations and technology that is unique in Europe, the Rösler group can even cut a tyre up to 100mm which has already been vulcanized. Such innovations and breakthroughs have become part of our vision and core beliefs. We are constantly researching new rubber compounds for every possible terrain, profile designs for all purposes and optimized tyre production. We also pride ourselves in having the most modern shearography testing methods which are unique to the OTR tyre industry. Quality is key, be it our Winstone tyres or our retreaded products.



In the past 2 years 5 million Euros have been invested in Dortmund alone for equipment, technology and materials. Constant training and retraining of our staff is important to us. Certified by TÜV Rheinland under ISO 9001 and 14001, our quality is guaranteed.
